Hello fellow moms, classes are on! (music classes). I also updated my website, check it out.

The classes are for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and kindergarteners, and their grown-ups. It's a mixed age class, called Music Together®.

VERY FUN EVENT

Come join in the fun at Sacred Heart School’s Children of the World international festival for families, on Saturday, April 18th from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Hunt Armory in Shadyside (located at 324 Emerson Street, across from the school). This fun and exciting event, co-sponsored by the World Affairs Council of Pittsburgh, is open to the public and all are welcome.

The evening will feature country displays, food, music, dance, artistic demonstrations, children’s activities and more to celebrate the cultures of more than 30 countries. Many area restaurants will provide delicious food and professional children’s groups will perform traditional music and dancing. Children’s games, a raffle of gifts from area stores and an auction of hand-painted furniture created by area artists will round out the evening.

Admission is $5 for elementary school children (younger are free) and $8 for adults and high school students. The Hunt Armory is handicapped accessible. For more information, visit www.shes-pgh.org/festival or call the school at 412-441-1582.

Hello Jodee and fellow moms: will be extremely busy today so i might not get back here until a day or two.

My center offers Music Together® - it's a music and movement program - the first nationally known one, here in the U.S. We're in other countries - Italy, Japan, Korea, Hongkong, etc. My center is licensed to offer Music Together parent child classes for newborn babies til age 5. I have 2 free demo classes tonight, at the Iceoplex at Southpointe. The 7 PM one is still open, if you are interested in attending w/ your little ones, just leave a vm for me w/ yourname (please speak clearly) and your kids' names and ages, need your phone # and email address too. 412-855-6505 is my number to RSVP. Space is limited so it's best that you call me. The class is 30 minutes long to give us some time to talk afterwards. I've had 3 demo classes already this month and all the families had a blast, you will too. I hope to meet some of you, if you are available tonight.

Hello Pittsburgh moms... I did tweeter a while back, then stopped, then resumed. Just dropping by to look up my tweeter - my user ID is 'musicandbounce' .. i just want to let you know i hold free musical events for the little ones and their grown ups. Glad to see you all here.
