You are all fabulous! Great suggestions and information! I recently posted on my blog and could use some help myself:

When You Lose the Bounce-Back Factor

Please comment and give some tips on how you overcame a funk that just wouldn't go away!

Sometimes someone giving negative energy in your world (maybe at work or at home) is actually mirroring something in yourself that you might need to look at. This is especially true if they are really getting to you. Have a look at what it is specifically that gets you and then look and see if there is any area of your life where you might (unconsciously) act a bit like that yourself. Our best teachers are often those who challenge us most!

I have found this to be very true in my life. Kids in particularly are always teaching us stuff (esp teenagers) and once you get the lesson, the situation often dissolves. So have a look at your behaviour and you might find the key!

I am constantly praying that God will remove any toxic people away from me. So, I concentrate on everything that is going right and try to create something positive for every negative that I come across on any given day. It could be something as simple as treating myself to something nice or introducing my child to a new enjoyable activity. Hope that helps!

I am having a difficult time getting away from negativity and someone constantly giving negative/bad energy in my household. Any suggestions because saying something isn't working?! Thanks!
