Oh, I can relate. Some days I think everything is peachy and I can take on the world, other days I honestly hate myself and my family. I'll cry and won't even know why.

I haven't specifically been diagnosed with PMDD, but I am on medication for depression. After research on WebMD, I really think this is my problem. I wish I had discussed this with my doctor yesterday. Some days I just want to go back to bed, pull the covers up and sleep and cry. Can anyone relate?

That's what I'm hoping we're here for. PLEASE vent. I'm thinking I'll be giving a nice long venting in the next day but I don't want to be the only one. We all joined here for a reason, let's please talk about it.

Hey, I'm new here. I was dx with PPD when my son was 10 months old and am have been on Zoloft for almost 2 months.
I'm hoping to meet some women who I can share experiences with and just vent to.

Well, I really don't know. I'd like to just use this to let everyone know their not alone. I'd also like to use this as an outlet to bitch when we're stressed. :)

I didn't know what was wrong with me after my daughter was born. I didn't realize it was PPD (or PPA) until years later. After she was born, I felt overwhelmed. I had this anger brewing inside. I almost shook her one night. I hated my husband. I hated everything. I was sooo unhappy. But I just kept blaming it all on sleep deprivation. It never occurred to me to tell my doctor about it. In fact, when my doctor asked, I always said I was fine because I didn't feel bad ALL the time, just sometimes.

It's been 4 years now. I no longer think about driving my car into trees. I still have my ups and downs now. But I just want to be here for other women who are going through it now.

We might have to start a Julie group...
Yeah, it's been 3 years now - but around Sophie's birthday (which was last week), I start to feel it - it's like seasonal effective disorder - our bodies remember.
