Thanks for saying that. I agree 100%. Even though Josh is 8 months and the PPD seems to have balanced out, I still become a mess 5 days a month and really appreciate having all you gals here.

Hey Julie - this is a great idea. I had such bad PPD, saddled with PTSD after a traumatic birth...and I was so alone without friends or family. How I wish I had TwitterMoms back then. Doing great now - but this group is so important. Thanks for starting it!

Even if you're not depressed, or don't know if you're suffering from any type of depression, I want to use this group to just take the time out to vent. We all have to but feel that we burden others with our thoughts and complaints. Then the stress builds until we snap and set the house on fire. Use this group as an outlet to complain. Your kids, your spouse, your job. The horrible PMS you're going through and the craving for a whopper with cheese and an apple pie you know you're going to eat (then feel guilty about eating). Wow. Even just typing that made me feel better. I want pie now.
