"Dress Up Clothes" for Pregnancy

Greetings, moms-to-be!
Not currently pregnant, but remember soo well the days of what came to be known as my "every single darned day" jeans.
And the thought of having to get dressed up while 6 mos. pregnant was enough to send me into a tailspin.
(Remember Catherine Zeta-Jones at the Oscars the year she won for 'Chicago' -- and how great she looked, and how she delivered within a few days of her appearance??? Wow!)

would have helped me out on at least four occasions (two weddings, one dinner party and one awards ceremony (sadly for me, it was NOT the Oscars!)
