I have a tomato pie recipe too, but it looks rather different, and it is very southern (i.e. fat'nin' and delicious!) Glad to see some southern favs!

With the new year almost here many of us will start 2009 on a diet! I know I will! I invented this simple recipe when I quit smoking. Add a envelope of soup mix (onion or vegetable) into a container of cottage cheese and whip in food processor. Good stuff and good for you at the same time...enjoy!

Okay okay, guilty of grabbing the mushroom soup last night.......but it went well with Tuna....LOL.......and a cheddar breadcrumb topping!

Recipe for Christmas appy..........Pillsbury crescent triangles, pop in a bit of brie, cammenbert or goat cheese, oh heck feta would work too.........couple of spoonfuls of your fav cranberry sauce, pesto, or olive tamenade, or sun dried tomatoes........close it up like a mound, bake it till brown.....Done !! and delicious. You can also make just cheese ones and serve with cranberry sauce or any sauce on the side............... ENJOY !!
