Hi Monique - I was basing my assumption on what I saw when I went to post a resume. It gives you 10, 20, and 30 day options under Select a Package. In the past, when I've seen something like this, there was a charge for the best option, which was 30 day priority. So, that's where I got the idea about there being a charge. I apologize for making this assumption. It was just based on past experience and frustrations as a job-seeker. Thank you for clearing this up. I even sent a message to customer service, hoping they weren't going to charge me. I'm very glad to know they're not. It wasn't my intent to discourage anyone. I was just posting what I had found, and thought I had understood about the site. When one has been searching for a job for a long time without any prospects or even interviews, it becomes very frustrating and discouraging. I will keep checking on the site to see if any jobs have been posted. Thanks again! : )

Joanna that is incorrect. It is free to post your resume. There must a glitch. There are no jobs in Ohio as of yet but once you register HireMySingleMom.org will find those jobs for you. I'm glad that you told me about that. This site is legitimate so please do not discourage other single moms from registering. We are a nonprofit organization out to help you find employment for part time work or a new career. Again IT IS FREE TO REGISTER AND POST YOUR RESUME.

Monique, checked out that job board for single moms. I registered, but if you want your resume posted for 30 days, it will cost you - not cool. Also, I did a very general search for the state of Ohio - not a single job came up! I guess they can't find jobs for single moms in Ohio? I thought that was kind of odd. I then checked every single type of job possible and checked again for the state of Ohio - again not one single job. So, I'm not too sure about his site.

@Jaye Lisson I always cringed when my sons father asked for any time alone with my son after he was released from prison last year. I reluctantly let him have him for labor day weekend. That was the last time he got him for a weekend.
