Hey to you all. I am a single 25yr old mother of two beautiful kids. 7 and 4 yrs old. I have kidney failure so that leaves me home with my kids but not in the best of shape to do all that they wish I could with them. I try and push myself for the most part. I'm new to twittermoms and to the group and can't wait to become more apart of it.
