Hi Ladies! Come on in, the water is fine! Introduce yourself and tell us where you're from!

I'll go first. I'm Angie and I live in Chino Hills, just 40 miles east of Downtown L.A. I originally grew up in Kansas City but relocated after I got married. My husbad Michael and I have been married for 17 years and we have 2 children, Michael, Jr. and Nicole, ages 16 and 13 respectfully.I like walking, scrapbooking and reading. Someday I hope to travel to Tuscany, Italy, run my first 5k and create world peace. Sorry, couldn't resist those last 3 words. : )

I created this group so that Moms all across the "Southland" can network, discuss, tell stories, share opinions, chat, brag about our kids and finally find the answer to that burning question every SoCal Mom wants to know----"Where can I go to get a really good mani-pedi?"

FYI The Children's Museum in San Diego is sponsored by Target on the 2nd Sunday of each month, all adults and children get in free! I have taken my son about 5 times this year! The next free day should be Sun, Aug 9th. Hope to see ya there!

I'm in charge of organizing my son's preschool fundraising banquet this year - argh!!!!! I'm in need of a little help, if possible. Would those of you with small businesses in the local area (or online websites) consider donating your product/service to our auction? My son's school is a registered 501(c)3 charity so your donation would be tax-deductible. I also have sponsorship opportunities available from $100-$500.

Our event is "Dinner & Dancing for our Stars" and will be held at Westminster Manor in Orange County. Your product/service/sponsorship will be displayed in front of 150+ attendees and will be recognized in our event program.

I am still sort of new to Twitter Moms and just joined this aswesome looking group. I live in Ventura County (between LA and Santa Barbara) and grew up here. So I am a true Cali Girl and love it. My hubby is originally from Illinois but has been in CA for over 22 years. We have 2 beautiful girls. I am a Work At Home Mom with my business Noah's Ark Animal Workshop but also work 1 to 2 days a week outside the home as a bookkeeper. Can't wait to network and socialize with all you wonderful ladies.

But, the end result is that you save more than $1,000 a year on diapers- all said and done, including detergent and utilities. And this is with easy to use snap-on or velcro-on diapers- no pins or plastic pants.

You might especially be interested in my newborn diaper rentals that start at $19 a month! You get 24 of the sweetest little diapers and you use them for 3 months, while the baby is small and growing fast. Most parents spend $200 in diapers the first three months, so my rentals save parents a lot of money. It is a very popular program.
