Hi All,
Brand new to SoCal (southwest Torrance to be exact). Newly addicted to twitter. SAH h-schooling M to two kiddos (10 & 9). Am fairly fluent in ASL as our son is deaf/hh but would LOVE to connect w/ other moms of deaf/hh and learn LOTS more ASL. Both kids have "special needs" (more on that phrase later) and would also LOVE to meet other moms who share that corner of the world. Am a personal chef, lover of dogs, lover of Jesus, political junkie (not necessarily in that order) and all around farely decent human being.....with an often times warped sense of humor, which explains why Weekend At Bernies and Fargo are two of my favorite movies.......Got hit by the flu truck and am in bed w/ the mother of all headaches while my husband herds the children.......

Hi, I live in the SFV and work in WLA. Been married 7 yrs to a native Cali guy, I am originally from The Netherlands and have also lived in england. We have a 5 yr old boy and 2 yr old girl. I have a FT office job and also teach Baby Signs and am a Discovery Toys consultant because I love to play and read with my kids. It's not easy living here in SoCal, and getting harder, but the sunshine makes it worth it all so far :D

Thanks for creating a great group! I live in CHH, and always looking for moms to hang out with, and just chit chat. I have a 2-yr old girl, Haley; and married to my college sweetheart. I work in LA, but also have a bag business that I love sharing with others. I'm new to Twitter, but have had heard good things about it. Looking forward to it.

Hi, my name is Nevada and I'm originally from the East Coast. I came to L.A. for college and never left, lol! I love it here. Though my kids are teenagers now - between them and work, I still never have time for a mani-pedi!

Hi! I'm Alicia. I've lived in SoCal ALL of my life and absolutely love it here. :) I have a wonderful 4 year old daughter and am a WAHM. We moved from Pasadena to South OC (not very far) two years ago. I'm new to Twitter Moms (a little over 24 hours now, I think). we just got back from 3 days in san diego. (my first time with kids) we had a great time at the Da Vinci exhibit in the air and space museum in balboa park. the layout and lighting was not great at all, but the show exhibits well his ingenuity. friendly for kids.
