Hi. I'm new to the group. I'm the author of a forthcoming book: "All Moms Work: Short-Term Career Strategies for Long-Range Success" (Capital Books).

"All Moms Work" is a comprehensive and practical guide for accessing your own work options--whether you want to work part-time, telecommute, start a home business, consult--or work full-time with flexible hours.

If you are currently one of America's 5.6 million stay-at-home moms, then this book will tell you how to re-enter the part or full-time workforce. In today's economy, many stay-at-home moms are finding that they need to go back to work. This book will show you how to do it--whether by finding a "family friendly" employer or by starting your own business.

For a limited time, the publisher is offering a pre-publication discount of 35% off the $15.95 list price on pre-orders through their site:

http://www.capital-books.com/Books/BookDetail.aspx?productID=185598

(To obtain the discount, enter the code WORK04 into the checkout.)

To find out more, go to www.allmomswork.com .

I look forward to networking with you!

Hello Twitter moms! Just wanted to share that I have a website that is dedicated for moms. If you are looking to join an moms group or start a new moms group, I would encourage you to check it out. We also have blogs where you will find lots of good deals. All the tools (calender, text chat, articles, blogs, etc.) are all FREE. If you know of anyone paying to create and maintain a group, this is a great FREE alternative.

Thank you ladies and all feed back/comments are welcome!

Morning all. New to twittermom. Still finding my way.
I'm a SAHM to 2 boys I've been a SAHM since my oldest was 9 months. He's in Kindergarten now and my youngest will be starting pre-school in the fall. I love being a SAHM and wouldn't change it for the world, even with the bad days. I'm looking forward to chatting with everyone here

Hi Ladies, I am a SAHM mom to 3 beautiful kids 4 1/2, 19 months and 5 weeks. I've been married for almost 7 years to the love of my life and I own an online baby boutique business www.CaitiMacCreations.com that keeps me pretty busy. I've been a SAHM since my oldest was born so I feel like I have lots of experience. It does get very stressful but it's worth it. I love chatting with moms like me - it helps me keep sain. I look forward to twittering with all of you.

Hi all, another newbie to TwitterMoms!

I am the mom to 4 children 14 - 7 and have been married for 19 years!

We are a homeschooling family, so our children have always been home with us, and thus me at home :-)

New to TwitterMoms, but I like it so far:) I have been happily married to my wonderful husband for 8 years. We have 2 beautiful little girls. A 4 year old (5 in June) and a tomboy 2 year old. We are a very busy family, but during the week we have "down" days. So I'd like to meet some new cool moms here who share the same likes as me. I need adult conversation:) hahahaha I am looking forward to seeing what this is all about.
