How is the Journey So Far?

Just wondering how the journey is going for every one so far? Have you seen any changes in yourself or your spouse?

Permalink Reply by Donna VanHorn on March 25, 2009 at 9:01am: I am enjoying this very much. I have to do it at my own pace since there are times I do not get to see my husband for very long. Or I find that I am just hesitant cause it can be emotionally difficult(remember I have very high wall built). I find myself going back to some of the dares just to reinforce them and make it more natural. I may have mentioned that my husband has no idea I am doing this. Since I have not been the most pleasant wife the last few years ...he has been asking a lot of questions. Like why are you asking me these questions? or Why are you telling me this? Is something wrong that I don't know about? Did you do something? Now I am finding this is softening my heart and getting excited to see what kind of reaction he has to me. Let me tell you ....it has been awesome! This is even flowing from us to our children to in the way we react to them also. Now I am not implying that everything is miraculously changed or fixed, there is still a long journey ahead. So I am holding on tight! Thank you Lord for this opportunity to learn, grow and love my spouse as I should.; ▶ Reply to This
