We are trying to conceive at the mo. Already have 2 wonderful boys but would love a third child. Been trying since January though and no luck. Booked in to see a fertility specialist on 9th November. My GP said because I was 37 and had conceived quickly with my 2 boys that it was better to get things checked out. Wish me luck

Hi Ladies,
Sorry, I have been neglecting Twittermoms lately and I apologize. I never heard of Resolve, adoptioncoach. I appreciate all the comments. I am still not pregnant, but found a problem with my tubes...one is blocked completely...so I have been prescribe clomid, in an attempt to generate more eggs to help with ovulation and such. Keeping fingers crossed. I actually saw both blue lines on the ovulation kit..for once!

Hi Birgitta,
Great post! You are absolutely right about the nutrients, taken just one can deplete the others. This lady was already taking a B Complex and a multiple liquid vitamincalled (Balanced Essentials) which included amino acids, super omega, vitamin and minerals. She added B6, 50 mg three times a day in addition to her other nutrients. Twittermoms is a great place for sharing! Thanks!

Great comment Herbsandmore. nutrition is so important for fertility. But more than just B6 is needed. there are 31 nutrients that are needed for our bodies to work properly and especially to make a baby. if they are not all present at the same time, none of them will do their respective job right. They all work in synergy together. if you skip on any or take too much of one, you may end up with deficiencies of some nutrients, and possibly toxic level of other nutrients, which can all mess with fertility. B vitamins are particularly vulnerable to this. all 11 b vitamins have to be consumed for them to work. B vitamins are also good at preventing ill effects from possible exposure to some fertility hampering toxins like BPA's, mercury etc... see www.expectingfitness.com for more info.

I have a friend who had been trying to conceive for about 4 years. She tried everything. She wasn't giving up. I started doing some research about B6 and found out that if you have been on the birth control pill, that alot of women have B6 defiency, which is important for fertility. My friend got her some B6 and a month later she was pregnant! Just thought I would share this with you. My mother had told a customer of hers about Damiana and Vitamin E. They started taking it and she didn't see them for about a year. They came back to see her and she ask them if she could help them? The couple said, "You already Have!" They had a little baby girl!
I have did studies on miscarriage and have found information leading to zinc depletion. Most people take zinc and copper together, zinc by itself has been know to deplete copper.
