Hi! My name is Lynette and I am still finding my way around Twitter Moms, but so far I am really enjoying it and I'm glad I've found my way over here.
My three kids are all school age now, and actually in schools after a couple of years of homeschooling. That left me with some open space to jump into something new, so earlier this year I started my own company, PicPocket Books. I publish children's picture books to the iPhone as iTunes applications. The apps are not replacements for print books or the valuable time parents can spend reading to their children, but an option for parents who want an on-the-go alternative to video games to keep their children engaged during short waits.

I love reading (for myself and to my kids), gardening, hiking with my dogs, traveling, and summertime.
