We are lucky enough to be down the road from our winery , Since we have only lived here , In Tennessee for three years. There wasn't to many things we knew off hand. And this winery only came to this area a year after our arrival.
What made this place stand out. Was they started having "free" music. Blues and just more recent, In fact this past weekend. They had a country singer.
I have always been a social drinker. And enjoyed wine. White zinfandel is what I always enjoyed
so, when we first stepped into Grinder Switch's whinery I set off to looking for it. Which I wasn't going to find by name. What I ended up tasting and liking was their Pearl
Named after the famous Minnie Pearl I hope all of you will know of the great comdian with the price tag hanging from her hat . Our visit there we ended up buying a block of cheese to go with our bottle for that nights music.Which also was a local Tennesse brand. But for the life of me Can't remember. Good cheese though
The Amber Falls is another local winery. Which we have Yet not visited it, But plan to.
I think with the wineries making it a night out with local music just makes it all worth while going. For the cost of a bottle of wine and a block of cheese if you so please. you have a wonderful way to enjoy the evening and company .

ANd this was one of the Blue bands >
