Hi everyone
Just wanted to let you know about a brand new online magazine that has been created entirely by mums for mums! To be honest, it started off as a bit of an experiment, and was intended as a one-off to celebrate Mothers' Day and the launch of the 'million mums' campaign (see http://www.millionmums.org). But I've had really positive feedback from the people who've seen the magazine so far, including a couple of publishers, and now I'm wondering whether to make it a more regular thing. So I'd love your help in a few ways please:

take a look at http://www.mummomag.co.uk and let me know what you think of the magazine (feel free to be completely honest!)

spread the word to all your mum friends by tweeting, linking, etc

tell me if you'd prefer it printed and, if so, whether you'd be prepared to pay for it (eg. a couple of quid)

tell me if you'd be interested in contributing an article

tell me if you'd be interested in advertising in it

Sorry for asking such a lot of questions, but basically, any feedback gratefully received! And I really hope you like it, as it's been a genuine collaborative effort between a bunch of 'real' mums.

You can email me direct - jo@mummo.co.uk

Thanks very much and I'll look forward to hearing from you ...

Jo

I am still a Canadian mum living in Toronto, but we will be moving to London within the next year, I can't wait! I have a daughter who is three, and I have a loving boyfriend. Check out my blog for more: http://fab.typepad.com/brunette

Don't know if I qualify as an ex-pat any more since I don't intend to move back to the US. I've been in the UK for nearly 11 years now and have made it my home. Anyway, I'm mum to 3 boys, ages 20, 6, and 4. We live on the outer edge of SE Greater London.

Glad to stumble across UK Twittermoms. I'd come across loads of US Twitter moms, great laugh, but wanted to find people closer to home. I'm a first time mother of one (18mths). I'm Canadian but have been living in the UK for 10 years. Trying to build up courage to start blogging! My day job is ICT training.

Hello everyone,

I'm a German mum living in England and always keen to meet like-minded people. My little girl will be 7 months this week - scary how quickly time has passed! My hubbie and I are planning on raising Stella bilingually so I'd be interested in hearing some of your stories or experiences... Happy Monday to you all!
