Important Guidelines for Welcome Moms

A warm and personal welcome to new members is an important way to keep this place vibrant, healthy and growing.

Guidelines
The best “welcome” comments are warm and personal. I try my best to take the time to visit someone’s blog, review the profile they’ve created, and check out some of their latest “tweets” on twitter. You can figure out if there are interest groups they might like to join and make some suggestions – even suggest people they should consider connecting with!

Most of all, it’s important to keep the welcome warm, personal and fun. A simple “Welcome to the group!” may be all you have time for, but ideally we should try to write welcome comments that show an interest in the individual.
