I have a blog all about using the Wii to get fit, because I love exercising with my Wii! It's only a couple weeks old, but I plan on adding lots more reviews and stuff about Wii fitness. Please stop by!

I have a Wii and would like to try one of the fit games, but am unsure which one to get. It seems like there are so many different ones. I was looking at the basic fit one, but then there's the biggest loser one, the dance revolution, and more....which one do you recommend?

Hey everybody ~ are we still Wi Fitting out there? Wii has some new fitness games out now are you still using Wii fit or are you using your balance board for some of the new games?

Tina - I have my good days and bad days on the standing still. I always feels like I'm swaying. Focusing on a spot on the wall does help.

It is fun, it's a little more difficult than just dancing though lol. They tell you where you have to put your feet to dance, so you have to follow the arrows and get your feet on the right squares ~ it's tough (especially for a totally balance and dance challenged chick like myself) but I have a lot of fun with it and I'm always sweating up a storm well before 30 minutes are up :).

@jackie Well I have a birthday coming up in August I think I will have to ask for the DDR. Sounds like fun because I like to dance. I run a karaoke business and I'm always dancing while the people are singing.

@sheila DDR has a bunch of different kinds of music. There's a random mode and I use that. It just picks the songs for me, makes a shorter break between songs with me trying to find something good lol. It also ends up being like interval training because some will be slow and some will be really fast. Which I really like.

Yeah, the trick I figured out was to find a place on the wall in front of me and focus on that spot. It helps me create enough balance to stand still. :)
