I looked at it on youtube and it looks good because I can use my ball with it, and my little hand weights. Following a 'class' that has varied stuff is more appealing than just the strength (as in just me and the board alone)

I would like to bump the My Fitness Coach up to 45 mins in the next 2 weeks. I figure I need to get motivated and if I start out first thing in the moring it will already have been done and won't feel to bad if I miss out on the 15-30 at night.
