I'm still pretty new to Wii Fit, so I'm still unlocking all the extras.

I'm interested though, in what types of routines you all are doing?

I work from home so I find taking breaks throughout the day and doing a little at a time is working well for me. But I usually end up doing balance games or something like that during those times. I bet I will probably need to do a "workout" in the morning or something and then "play" throughout the day.

What are you all doing?

I do the balance games in the morning before I go to school, then when I get home I do yoga or strength training exercises. I have found that it is best to change it up so that you are covering all areas of your body with your routine.

I just got my Wii yesterday and I'm so pumped! So far what I think my plan of attack will be:

My Fitness Coach for 30 mins in the morning and after I put my DD down for bed do 15-30 more mins on Wii Fit in the evenings. I really liked the step and running one)

I would like to bump the My Fitness Coach up to 45 mins in the next 2 weeks. I figure I need to get motivated and if I start out first thing in the moring it will already have been done and won't feel to bad if I miss out on the 15-30 at night.

If you don't like the strength training on Wii Fit you probably won't like my fitness coach. lol.

It's pretty much like a work out video.

I'm still trying to figure out a routine. Seeing how you all do it helps. Thanks

I looked at it on youtube and it looks good because I can use my ball with it, and my little hand weights. Following a 'class' that has varied stuff is more appealing than just the strength (as in just me and the board alone)

very cool. let me know how you like it, maybe I should plug it in once in a while too. Someone popped my ball. :(

I spend 15 minutes on each section.

Hi~

I have had the Wii Fit for awhile but I am now finally motivated!!
I work out for one full hour!!
Starting with the deep breathing & yoga.
I stretch for a good 20 minutes and then move on to the more challenging exercises!!
I end my routine with running long distance with hand weights!!
I hope to be in a size 6 by June!!

II start with the balance games, then the Run, do about an hour of advanced Step Aerobics and finish with the Run!

I had never heard of the fitness coach until I saw you all talking about it here....Is it compatible with the balance board?

By the way, my name is Marti. I'm 36, mom of 2 girls ages 17 and 10, military wife and zoo keeper. (lots of animals) lol I'm new to the group and wanted to introduce myself.

I'm still new to the Wii fit but what I have been doing is starting with the Yoga to stretch a bit and then doing some hula hoops and stepping and boxing and then doing the balance games to come back down.
