Hey Terri,

I'm in the same boat. The point of me getting the Wii Fit was to realize working out and losing weight can be FUN!! I have to admit I have totally fallen off the wagon. And it stemmed from the same problem you are having.

and probably because deep in my soul I don't believe losing weight is easy or can be fun lol. I pulled my back this week, but I think I'm going to try getting back on my Wii fit on monday, just for fun. Do body test only once a week.

Keep it up, you're doing great.

Have anyone heard about the new Wii Fit game using the Exercising Bands? Suppose to be featuring some time in May 2009! I'm excited!

Okay, so I am officailly boycotting the Body Test. I have been making good food choices and exercising every day. I feel better but after 2 days of staying the same I went up 1.3 lbs. That was after going out the dinner and choosing a salad instead of what I really wanted. My husband ordered the bbq monster burger with steak fries. He was up the next day and then went right back down!! I know I am retaining water because my rings don't fit but it is still frustrating. Going to try the weigh in once a week if I can resist. I did my yoga this morning wearing a big sweatshirt to remind myself not to do it. All total I did over an hour including 2 rounds of advanced boxing & 3 rounds of advanced step. Pulled out my other fitness dvds yesterday and may try doing one of those in the afternoon. Wish me luck!!

I thought about getting the jillian game, but read the reviews and they said it was not great at all.

I was thinking doing the body test every day would be a good reminder, but it seems like I'm just getting defensive and not wanting to get on at all now. lol.

I think I might try it once a week and just get on and have fun every day, do what I feel inspired to do, and see how it goes.

thanks for your feedback.

We are doing the body test every day. That is the only complaint I have about the game. I don't think it should be encouraging a daily weigh in. Especially with teens in the house who's moods can change at the drop of a dime. My boys are just as sensitive as my daughter and they are both athletic & trim. Every morning I have the same debate with myself and I always end up doing the body test. I went up a few pounds and then back down after the 10 days but that is pretty typical of me. I lose some and feel great about it and then maybe I'm not so careful the next day about my food choices. So far now I guess I will use the body test as a daily reminder to watch what I eat. Trying not to stress and keep it fun. BTW I bought the Jillian Michaels game & my fitness coach. Neither is as fun or user friendly. I'm sticking with the Wii fit for now!!

Do you guys do a body test every day? I am thinking about doing it only once a week. What do you think?
