Dermatological Skincare

I know every mom or woman for that matter loves skincare. However it seems like we are always so inundated with all the different types...luxury, natural, mass etc. I will let it be known that I do work for the dermatological skincare division of a major beauty company. I just want to find out what the real woman's experience is with these types of skincare. If you aren't sure what is considered dermatological skincare, here are some brands: Vichy, La Roche-Posay, Lierac, Kelemata, Skin Doctors, Avene. I won't say who I work for because I really am curious to find out what all you wonderful women think. FYI..you can find these brands either in a derm office, CVS or Duane Reade.
