Share 'Do you belong to a homeschool co-op?'

What is your co-op like? What do you like/dislike about it? I head up our local co-op. It is a lot of work. But my kids enjoy it a lot. They like learning from other moms who might have a different teaching style than I do. And I love the idea of my kids learning from people who love the subjects they are teaching. (Math is just NOT my thing. It would be hard for me to teach my kids to love it...
