I’m thinking $4.95/month, there will also be a general forum with everything from eating healthy, taking meds, med info, exercising, sex talk, significant other chat, self- help, family (including children) info…everything, just even more personal for you and me. I am pretty personal on my blog anyway, but I believe that with a closed membership site in addition, we can really help one another, just that extra step to feeling better.

Let me know your thoughts, would you be interested?_____________________

Thank you for taking this questionnaire. Once you have completed it, please email it back to me at livingwpmdd@gmail.com. If you have any questions during the questionnaire, please feel free to email me too.

Sincerely,

Both ebooks are in .pdf form so you will need Adobe Reader to read it. You most likely already have it since almost everything out there is in .pdf format, but if not, go download it for free here

Both ebooks are thru Paypal.

Now, I am putting you all on the honor system. This book took me a long time to write and I am very open about my life with PMDD. Please have respect for the system and do not pass the book onto others.

Second, these Women took a lot of time and courage to share their stories, don't pass it around either. I sent out over 20 interviews and opened it up for anyone. I received 9 back plus my own. That tells you how difficult it is for Women to open up, please remember this.

Please! Please! If any of you have any problems, I am on my laptop daily working, email me ASAP and I will take care of it. :)

Don’t miss out on these great offers! You will not find any true info like this anywhere else. We live with it so we know what you go through.

You will need to go here for more info on the books or for purchasing via paypal.

Feeling down when everything is good

I sometimes feel guilty for feeling down when everything is so good. I know there are people in the world that have it a lot rougher than I do.

Maybe this is why I share so freely everything about my PMDD. It feels wrong to me to feel down in the dumps when I think of all the good I have in my life. So, if the people around me understand, or at least realize, I am not down because of bad things, but because of hormonal problems, it just feels better. I don't feel as though I am being ungrateful… Continue

Hi - by the way love your title 4 Kids and a Coffee, mine would be 3 kids (4 if you include hubby) and a DIET COKE! same end result!

I wanted to message you I commented on your teen/email/im discussion and apologize, I went a little long - it's such a HOT topic and can be so emotional. I did play a little bit of the devils advocate, on behalf of the other mother, but I wanted to make sure you knew I wasn't saying you did ANYTHING wrong.... the whole preface of my possible understanding of her response was if she DOESNT know you. Email, and all this is great, but I hate that there isn't a tone of voice, as things can be inferred incorrectly.

I totally feel your pain, and the frustration in it all with these types of situations!!!

Anyway, I just wanted to follow up on that. Hope it all works out, and I admire your commitment to being in the loop and making it clear that your a parent that is involved. So many kid's parents arent, and that makes them EASY TARGETS for the savvy teenager.

Have a great day, all day long!

Meglyn
