I joined WW
I have to LOSE weight. I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes on Wednesday. I joined Weight Watchers on Thursday.
So, far...things are pretty good. I have had points left over...I am Starting with A LOT of points cuz I have lots of pounds!!!
My weight Watchers guru R...says to not get too use to those points because as soon as I lose weight the points will go away too...
My goal is to eat 25 points a day. That will give me lots of wiggle room in case I mess up...
Mrs. R also says to make small goals that I can accomplish without feeling like a failure...
So, I am breaking my weight lose into 15 pound chunks.... A LOT of 15 pound chunks....
They were nice enough to award me with a SUPER Cute Pink Vado Pocket Video Camera....so I will be on there with my VLOGGING...
