i think one thing is important is priortizing what gets punished and what doesn't ... taking some fear out of the small things. Also dont' ask IF they did something.. and don't overask WHY did they do something... they may not know and then try to...

A little about yourself...

The link above is to my twitwall where I microblog. Usually my articles or other ehow authors that I want to help or highlight. I sometimes will twitter friends from other areas too.

I love twitter. The fabrics of postings that affect our lives.
I write on ehow and am considering expanding to blog on my own domain. I have a blog on blogspot started to answer questions from Yahoo Answers about dogs.
http://golden-joy.blogspot.com. It is not much of a blog in my opinion.
I am eclectic. A jack of all trades, master of none.
