I'm thinking if there was a 2 inch depth insert between the front and back that would be wide enough and maybe a 4 inch deep floor (does that make any sense?) i think that would also take care of the opening issue because it would automatically make that a bit bigger. More pleats are fine. It has 3 internal pockets which is perfect. The other thing I love about it is the strap, it's 1.5 inches wide.

Fabric. Well let me look around - I was almost going to say Patty's new fabric but I want to make sure. Maybe the Moorish Tile in Earth for the outside and Jester in Kiwi for the inside??? Or maybe Mod Dots in Earth with Jester in Kiwi for the outside. Ah, heck I don't know. I need to look around more, lol.

I'm in no rush. :D

I've been meaning to ask you about a designing a bag for me. I just bought one on Etsy (this one) and I LOVE it but it's not quite right for a school bag and that's what I wanted it for. Here are my problems with is - 1. it's not deep enough, the height and width are fine 2. the opening is tapered and I get enough stuff in it. Things I love about it - the strap and the overall look. You think you could come up with something and how much do you charge for something like that?
