Hi Amy, Just did my first featured post and I would love some feedback comments - also, what would you like more of in terms of ideas for entertaining at home?
:) Thanks Dawn

Wonderful reading about you and congratulations TMofTW! Your music sounds beautiful and I'm sure that your book about transformational motherhood will bless many. As you mentioned, it can be a very difficult time, when one can feel quite alone - we all need the sacred in our lives.

Amy, what a privilege it was for me to feature you! I'm going to be first in line for your book & CD... I listened to you sing while I wrote, and it was heavenly. What a lovely gift you have... thank you for sharing it with us all!

Best of luck to you... and Happy Mother's Day! :)

Hi Amy!
Thanks for joining Quiltingmoms. Have you been quilting long? I'd love to see some of the things you've made. I thought this site would be a good place to share our quilting projects, seek help, share stories and patterns and touch the lives of other quilters. Welcome aboard!

Joyful Greetings Amy!!

Wow..your energy is so beautiful!! I am so glad you found me and I look forward to learning more about you. Your book looks tremendous and I do remember those feelings, especially with my first son. I was so grateful to a doula who connected me and several other first time moms together before we had our babies...because little did we know that we would all need each other so much for that first year...we met every single Wednesday for an entire year...with our infants...funny thing is in many cases, the only common bond was our new baby..and for that time period..that was all that was needed...we moved on our separate ways after that year but I often think what an incredible blessing we were for each other..the isolation is real and all the new feelings can be overwhelming...how wonderful for you to bring this topic to light and give moms some wonderful tools and the ability to hear from others so they know they are far from alone. My beautiful kids are now 13,10 and 6 but reading your blog took me right back to those early days with my first baby!
Your degrees are also amazing...Empowerment theater?! I would love to hear more about that Amy!
Thanks Amy..let's keep chatting!
