Thank you for your comment. Yes, health insurance for an 8 year old increased by 50% is hard to believe. He is a bully and will continue to make unilateral decisions until I set some legal boundaries.

If you have a court order, you will need to file to force him to pay. Usually your local child support enforcement office can help with that so you won't have to get a lawyer, but I am not sure how behind he has to be in order for them to help. Othe…

Home Sickness at Camp
My 8 year old son is at camp for two weeks. An overnight camp in Franklin, MA. He is there with his cousins, however, is experiencing home sickness, especially at night. His older cousin helps him at night, talks to him until he falls asleep. During the day he does better. We will be visiting him this Sunday and I'm anticipating that he'll want to come home.
