- Proud wife of a cancer survivor, mom to a (now 8 month) preemie born two months early and sister to a soldier in Iraq. Musical Director, Pianist & Composer. A bit of both, but more often than not personal.
My mother-in-law had breast cancer in the mid 90's, went through chemo/radiation and eventually into remission. It came back in '06 and she went through treatment again, only to develop severe rheumatoid arthritis and now walks with a cane.
