A little about yourself...

I'm a mother of two girls, one who just started kindergarten. Last year I also launched www.yoyomama.ca which keeps Vancouver mums on-the-go with short hits of hip, helpful info delivered to their inboxes daily. yoyomama came about when I couldn’t find the info and products I wanted locally.

I've also written a book Healthy Mum, Happy Baby: How To Feed Yourself When You’re Breastfeeding Your Baby (www.healthymumhappybaby.com), which was published by Random House in 1997.

And I'm also always navigating the twists and turns of motherhood!
