Mom, grandmother, blogger, twitter holic, author, and healthy cook for over thirty five years. When my children were small I cooked everything from scratch. I founded and ran a school of holistic health for eleven years and simi-retired to offer small personalized retreats in Sedona, Arizona. Love healthy cooking and especially healthy eating. Have been vegan, vegetarian, raw before it was popular and now just like to eat things I feel my body is asking for in moderation. Avoid gluten when possible and know that my body feels best without it. Look forward to sharing with the group.
