I'm in the Tampa Bay Area and we are experiencing an average of 25% decline in market values with a little higher in some other surrounding counties. I think we are entering a small refi boom. Last week I started getting an increase in inquiries. I could do a lot more if balances weren’t higher than values right now. Rates are great for buyers. Do you work with clients relocating to Florida? My husband & I work together so it is never dull. How are things your way?
