A little about yourself...: I'm a mom and the General Manager of the Authentic Seacoast Properties on the eastern shore of Nova Scotia in Canada's Atlantic provinces. We have a luxury inn, a golf resort, a brew pub & eatery and a gift shop at the head of the largest bay on the Atlantic Coast. I like to write about wines from the inn's cellar, recipes from our Chef, parties we have, my Corgis Spot & Millie and the simple pleasures of life in a beautiful village by the sea.
