I do not know how long they have been popular and our customers love them! We have been different varieties in our online baby boutique!
They are usually called baby shower cakes or baby diaper cakes and come in many sizes, shapes and styles!

A diaper cake is basically anywhere from 40-70 diapers that a wrapped up with ribbons and bows and are filled either on the inside or the outside with gifts such as bottles, pacifiers, socks,...
Ok I'm one of those people who don't know what a diaper cake is and whenever I hear the term I get the willies. Please explain. :)
