- A little about yourself...
- I am the Artistic Director of a theatre company called TheatreworksUSA. For 48 years we have been developing and producing plays and musicals for family audiences. The shows tour all across the country and play to 3 million kids and families annually. We also perform in NYC, and provide free theatre each summer. We are a professional Equity not-for-profit company and are actively looking for NYC based people for our board. You must be passionate about our mission, and have time to be an active board member. With these tough economic times, the arts and education funding has been severely cut. Being a board member means helping to raise money,make connections and grow awareness.
