- Greetings fellow tweeters. As the National Director of the Pregnancy & Newborn Health Education Center at the March of Dimes, I have been working with women and their families for over 12 years. I have several different twitter accounts. One for daily pregnancy tips in English http://twittter.com/marchofdimes and http://twitter.com/nacersano in Spanish. Plus, one for baby tips at http://twitter.com/babytips.
