- I'm a mom, freelance writer, and the Assistant Director of Maine Arts Camp (http://www.maineartscamp.com), a non-competitive overnight camp for 8-15 year old boys and girls. Running our camp is so rewarding because we provide a nurturing environment for bright and creative kids who want a break from the competition they face all year. No cliques, no bullying, no team sports...LOTS OF SMILES:-)
