Mother of two boys; writing online since 1999. I'm hugely into distance running, though I'm still mostly a middle-of-the-pack runner. I also cross-train on a Trek bicycle, but I'm just a "runner who bikes," not a duathlete. I've lost almost 120 pounds since starting my running, and I'm not even paying attention to that number anymore - just what the clock at the finish line says!
