- Married, Have one daughter, Started my on-line boutique www.ladyinfantandlordtoddler.com so I can stay home with our daughter. Before that I was in Healthcare for 16 years. I am enjoying this new chapter in my life and meeting so many supportive moms. What an amazing group of women that I so happy to be apart of.

sorry to be so tardy on replying but I don't get emails that state that there are comments on my wall to reply to.. eek.
anyway, re blogging on your own or hiring someone is worthwhile.. but hiring someone means paying someone-- because quite frankly while you think that you might find someone who can blog for 5 bucks a post.. how good is that content going to look? presentation is everything.
blogs don't have to be long, they have to be authentic, they have to be relevant or meaningful in some way-- even if it's just a joke or video that you are sharing.. or even photos of new products that you have received in that you absolutely love.
be the voice, the director of your way of connecting with your customers. The blog should be part of your website and integrate it in and make sure it's connected via social media so that everything you post get pinged. If you can't post at least 3x a week, then don't blog. Better to post weekly updates via a "non-blog" type wall.. that's part of the pages or front of your store.

I remember when I was a little girl and I received a letter from Santa it was a memory I still hold dear to my heart today. I ordered my own children one and already it's setting the tone for the holiday season. I encourage all you mothers to follow my lead you wont be disappointed and your children will absolutely love it!
