I studied the strengths and gifts in teens who are not top students and found that these kids are perfectly-suited for the future economy and leadership -- if we help them develop their gifts. I also discovered 3 myths of education that hurt all students.

As a result, I give talks and workshops to parents and business leaders about how we can bring out the best in all students and develop our future skilled workforce.
