A little about yourself...
I have two boys, one husband, one dog and one new at-home business. I retired from my 9 to 5 last year to launch my greeting card/stationery shop full-time. It's been an interesting road so far and I hope I can keep it going.

RiverDog Prints Photo Greeting Cards and Stationery

RiverDog Prints Custom Greeting Cards

RiverDog Prints began with my wedding in the year 2000. I'm a down-to-earth kind of person, but I also love beautiful paper. In the search for my invitations, I became frustrated with what little options were offered for someone like me. All I wanted was something pretty, colorful and not so serious. I ended up making my own invitations by hand and that quieted my paper tiger. She awoke with a vengeance as I was carrying my first son, in 2002. The selection of announcements were meager and pricey. Again, it was homemade & handmade to the rescue. Little by little, friends and family would ask for custom cards for themselves and RiverDog Prints was created.

The philosophy for the company has developed into Celebrating Everyday. Scout the Dog is our mascot and she represents celebrating everyday - all dogs do. They couldn't be happier with the simplest of things. RiverDog Prints wants you to have a box of cards in your own home created just for you from photos of the people, pets and things that you love. When you need a thank you or just want to say hi with a handwritten note, wouldn't it be great and simple to have a card (with a matching colorful liner, of course) ready to send? Yup, I think so, too…

I love to hear from you, so send those electronic messages along. Then, order some cards, so you can send some "real" mail :)

Woof!

I wanted image uploads automated and on-screen in a one-stop shopping kind-of-way. Secretly, I’m a bit of geek when it comes to technology :)

But as I began adding more and more stationery designs and simple, personalized cards to the site, it felt like they were getting lost in the mix. It also got me thinking abo… Continue

Do you have a Twitter account? What do you tweet about?

I tweet about my fight with breast cancer and becoming a mom for the first time. I have been trying to find more people to follow me so that I can spread awareness:
