Hi Laura--I think your blog is great! Loved the photo tips and will actually try them--although I have no idea what I'm really doing on Photoshop! The story about your stove was halarious...although I'm sure at the time it wasn't funny--one of tho...
I'm a mom, grandmother, and business owner. I have two daughters, 27 and 31. My oldest has twin 13-month-old daughters that I’m helping to raise. She’s in nursing school full time and looking forward to building a career in a field she loves. Prior to owning Adorable Baby Clothing.com, I owned a franchise store called More Space Place. I sold that in 2008, and began in earnest to find another business—but this time something I could do from home. I was born and raised in the South. Was married for 20 years prior to my divorce. Since then I acquired two more college degrees, have had the privilege of working with children, and adults in several different venues, and finally came to the conclusion that children are who I love most. What I’ve learned in life, is that you can make your dreams a reality if you persevere, and that we’re never too old to quit learning.

Thanks so much Cynthia. I really enjoy working with kids, they're not afraid to be imaginative...it's so much fun. I recently took on a pro bono & will teach students from a Chicago school, in what their teacher describes as a tough inner-city neighborhood. That's the beauty of being able to teach my course online.
