Gluten (found in wheat, rye, barley and oats) has been linked to conditions such as celiac, autism, ADHD, rheumatoid arthritis, infertility, depression etc.! I have written children's books on healthy eating and am working on a gluten free menu book!
I have a blog and I know how to use it. Join our group if this describes you. Do you make money from your blog, or do you want to make money? Newbie's are welcome too. :)
I am a stay at home mom and wife. I try every day to grow closer to God . I am the youth director at our church. I am an aspiring photographer. I love beauty and fashion as well as cooking and reading.

I see similarities, and think that much of the Nourishing Moms way happens to be gluten free. For eg, I know that by soaking oatmeal as we do (7 or so hrs) that it at least lowers the gluten. And does other wonderful things nutritionally.
