woohoo! I lost 2 lbs. on my first week in SparkPeople. that's just so cool! Very motivating to continue on. I already got in my yoga session and a 20-minute cardio for the day.
really looking forward to seeing how the rest of the week goes when I next weigh in on Sunday.
now back to work.

yay! its Friday!
I've done most of my Sparkly things and emails. Now on to working on DreamWeavers and the upcoming new shop at DreamPress Templates. Then more to edit on my new e-book.
Lots to do today (including a trip to the grocery store for more water).
I'm still a tad sore, but plan on a short walk later on once the clouds clear up.

after my workout yesterday, but hanging in there. even got in more exercise today and a yoga session. ate a healthy breakfast and lunch, and now relaxing for a bit. :)

I recently decided to go on a diet and start doing more exercise (I've got a new Firm dvd coming in today), so I joined SparkPeople to track my progress and network with others doing the same. So far, I'm enjoying the site and what it offers to its members totally free. :)
Time to get back to work....

while working on a new e-book. fun and frustrating (MS Word!), but enjoying the process. always something new to learn during the creation.
