its good to see people chat openly about not quite feeling right!
I had postnatal depression after having my son 7 years ago and it last for 3 years.
The main bout of it was the first year and I lost alot of weight, kept myself to mysel…
For moms who struggle with any form of anxiety disorder; Panic Disorder, GAD, PTSD, OCD, etc to find help and give help.
