A little about yourself...

I'm Debi Silber, a Registered Dietitian, Personal Trainer, Whole Health Coach and Lifestyle Expert-JUST FOR MOMS. I've been branded "The Mojo Coach" because for nearly 20 years, I've inspired unfit, overweight and overwhelmed moms to "get their mojo back" through gradual, lifestyle change. I understand what you go through as a mom because I'M JUST LIKE YOU. I'm a working mom with a business, a husband, 4 kids and 4 dogs! I get it. I know how challenging it can be with the 4 C's-cooking, cleaning, carpooling and caring for others! By working with moms for so long, along with my own experiences, I've found some really practical, simple and enjoyable ways to make it all work. Ways to lose weight, become fit, stress-less, enrich your relationships, improve your emotional outlook, strengthen your spirituality...and unleash your best self!
