A little about yourself...

I am the Author of the Award winning book My Feet Aren't Ugly, A girl's Guide To Loving Herself From The Inside Out. I work with teens and parents. Teens to help build a better sense of self and parents to help them work through their own wounded child to be able to show up for their teens in a whole new way.

I have been both a tormented teen and a worried parent, so it is through my own experience that I mentor with a compassionate heart.
