I am a woman whose life has been drastically changed by social media. I joined a social network for women called EMwomen 7 months ago. Since then, I have lost over 101 lbs. and I haven't even been to a gym yet.

EMwomen was my first social network to join. At that time, I was 330 lbs. and filled with such hopelessness that I would have never believed my life would be so drastically changed.
