I have not posted a blog in a while but thought I would start again today.
I have been following Weight watchers program since I really need to lose a few lbs and today I am happy to say I am down another 2 lbs.
I love to work out and work out weight training and cardio about 5 times per week. I eat healthy just think I sometimes eat to much. One thing I really noticed is now that I am in my 40s it is much harder to lose weight, but I am on my way back to a size 6, about 8 lbs to go and I should…

I do have friends that have used the Slimmetry product to help them lose weight, but I have no personal experience with it. (I have been through so may weight loss supplements that no matter what I was not going to lose my weight with one).
I also found a great work out that is a 40 minute combination of cardio and light to medium weights. I do that 4 days a week.. that's it. Eating right has been my key.
