My philosophy has been to learn to eat less that what I had been. To help me reduce the calories, I eat fruit until 10am at the earliest. I found this helps my digestive system. I drink 1 regular energy drink in the morning, and 1 de-caffinated energy drink in the after noon. I use the Simply Nutrilite bars for my snacks in mid morning and mid afternoon because they are primarily organic,and not heavily processed. In addition to that, I take the Double X vitamin because I have learned that no matter how good I eat, I can't get the nutrition I need because our food supply no longer has it.

I do have friends that have used the Slimmetry product to help them lose weight, but I have no personal experience with it. (I have been through so may weight loss supplements that no matter what I was not going to lose my weight with one).

I also found a great work out that is a 40 minute combination of cardio and light to medium weights. I do that 4 days a week.. that's it. Eating right has been my key.

I have been associated with Quixtar/Amway for quite a while. They have a great line of nutritional products and energy drinks. (My daughter will be 9 this year.) But I've got it figured out, so the more I ponder what to do, the more I come back to this direction.

Is your online business your blog? I am still bouncing around a few ideas on how to get some cash flow coming in. I do like the training opportunity as there is good money there with low overhead.

2 lb loss

I have not posted a blog in a while but thought I would start again today.

Feeling motivated

Today I had a great lower body workout followed by 30 minutes of Hiit on the treadmill.
My eating plan was not that great yesterday since it was my husbands birthday but I am back on track today. I am so looking forward to the eating clean book to come in the mail so I can see what it is all about and start following it. I pretty much know what I need to eat but seeing it on paper makes it so much easier for me. Anyhow not sure I have lost any weight yet but I know I will.

Feel good!

I started back up again this morning with my workout plan. I was off for about 3 weeks, my neice that I am raising was terribly sick with ear infection and upper respitory infection so I was home with her and did not get to work out. I did upper body chest, biceps and triceps and I really pushed myself. I then did 30 minute of HITT on the elliptical then went on treadmill for about 8 minutes just to cool down. New day

Ok so I really need to get serious on my weight loss. I have to develop a new plan my old one is not working :( I have not been to the gym for two week, my neice I am raising has been sick that I have not been able to leave her then when my husband gets home from work, I just do not feel like going, sigh...
