Oooh, but I HATE HATE HATE when people buy charming older houses, then rip out everything original and turn the place into a bland, boring, cookie cutter house (albeit with more expensive materials). Or maybe I am just strange.

I've been watching off and on all day today. I just LOVE Design on a Dime and Rate My Space!
I absolutely love Design on a Dime! They do the coolest stuff on that show. Also love Decorating Cents. Even though the styles they work with generally aren't what I would go for in my own home, I'm all about learning to use what I've already got ...

I wish I remembered who all lives in the area....I love meeting new people! I am headed back to Six Flags probably towards the end of this month, and am considering the Rockstar Mayhem show, too.
Just found (and read!) your blog. Glad you had a good time at Six Flags. That's not too far from us.
Does anyone happen to know how long unopened packets of seeds, and bulbs that never got planted will last? Should I just throw them out, or scatter the seeds and stick the bulbs in the ground and see what happens?
